Get prequalified.

This is the most important pre-purchase step! Doing the credit check and having a full prequalification letter makes you a competitive buyer. In this climate, most homes sell in a matter of days. You want to make sure as soon as you tour a home, if you love it, you can write an offer! Your prequalification letter tells the seller that you have the money and you’re ready to buy. Most letters last up to 120 days so it gives you plenty of time to find the perfect home.

Establish priorities.

It’s important to decide what’s most important to you when looking for your new home - is it a short commute? It it maximum square-footage? Is it having a yard for Fido? Christina and her team can help you look at your budget and establish the best areas to search based on your criteria. This will not only save you time and effort but will also save you frustration.

Search and tour.

Using our search tool, you can search homes directly from the MLS (multiple listing service) so you know what you see is available. Third-party sites like Zillow can have out of date and incorrect information which can leave you wasting time on properties that aren’t what you’re looking for.

We can even monitor “Coming Soon” properties that haven’t even hit the market yet!
